Return Policy

Return Policy:

1. Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items.
2. Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags.
3. Return Process: Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in the return package.
4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
